Journeyman or Apprentice

Commercial Electrician

Tampa Bay, FL · Full-Time · Field

You'll be working on active commercial and industrial project sites, including tenant build-outs, industrial installations, new construction, and service upgrades across the Tampa Bay area.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida electrical license (Journeyman) or enrolled in an apprenticeship program
  • Experience in commercial electrical, not just residential
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
  • MSHA or Empower certification a plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on Tampa Bay area job sites
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and communicates openly

Estimating Support

Project Coordinator

Tampa Bay, FL · Full-Time · Hybrid

You'll work alongside our team to manage bid packages, permit applications, inspection scheduling, and project documentation. This role is the organizational backbone of how we deliver projects on time and without surprises.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction project coordination or electrical estimating
  • Ability to read construction drawings (electrical plans a major plus)
  • Familiarity with AHJ permit processes in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk County
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you'll be interfacing with GCs, clients, and inspection offices
  • Detail-oriented and calm under the pressure of construction timelines
